Classic Elan Needed For TV Appearance

Hi all,

I'm part of the production team for Wheeler Dealers. As part of the new series we're featuring a '68 S4 Elan. For those of you not aware Wheeler Dealers is a program where we buy iconic cars, fix their faults and then sell them on for a profit.

At the beggining of the episode we always film a 'pristine version' of the featured vehicle. This is to show the viewer how good the vehicle can look and what we're trying to achieve by the end of the program.

As such we need an Elan, preferably an S4, to film that is in good condition, possibly having undergone a restoration. If you have such a car and want to have it featured on TV, please PM with your availability over the rest of this week and next. We would only require you for half a day and would supply a DVD of the finished program after its aired as a memento.

Would you go to the Owner for filming?
If he/she has to come to you then where please?
I know of a load of Guys with top S4's on another site called LotusElan.net

We would need the owner to come to us. The filming would be in Surrey. Thanks for the tip about LotusElan.net. The same post is up there at the moment. We don't yet know the transmission date but I'll respost when we do.
