NEC
Tim & Eddie,
I would like to be there also. If you want any of my cars just let me know. I would be happy to man the stand as and when.
Best wishes
Chris Mayhew

Re: Classic Motor Show - Nec
Any updates yet on the show, really looking forward to it and having my little baby on display.
Does anyone know if there is an area to store a trailer during the days of the show. As I am having her valeted and trailed up I don't want to have todrag the trailer back to the Travelodge with me.
Looking forward to meeting other club members as well.
Cheers
Rich

Re:
Hi Rich, yes there are plenty of areas outside the large main gates to each of the halls which are used to store trailers, wash cars etc. These car park areas are not open to the public either. I really enjoyed the experience of having my Lotus on the stand, right from washing the car down in the rain to the very last hour of the show where everyone blasts the horns! Look forward to this show every year.
Have you got any plans for shows in the summer with us? I am likely to be down Cornwall in the Summer, maybe with the Elan, but either way we should meet up.

Re: Classic Motor Show - Nec
Hi Rich,
Yes what Chris said is correct. We are registered and booked in to exhibit at the show. The organisers start sending paperwork out around July-August time. Everything will be confirmed to you when we have it. This will include set up times, entry detail, parking, tickets, maps and everything you will need. I'll be in touch once we have it.
The show is a bit special, being involved exhibiting brings a whole new dimension to it, there is a real buzz to the place during set-up day and it gets very busy and interesting seeing so many different people over the three days.
Eddie & I will go through it with you, we have a de-brief each day so everything usually works out fine. I'm sure you will enjoy it as long as you pace yourself....they are long days!
Cheers,
Tim.
