Fabulous photos Tash. What a great weekend it was. Pleased to meet both you and CJ and consequently I have now joined the forum. I am sure it will go from strength to strength.
Any plans for the 60th at Hethel in September?

Heyyy ... I took 'some' of the photos lol ... but no I have thanked Tash several times for taking charge of taking so many brilliant photos for us all. As for Hethel ... Paul and I are both planning on going to this and camping locally as im sure it will also be a brilliant follow on from Silverstone and Lotus's 60th. Is this something you would be interested in?
Heres the topic so far ... Lotus 60th @ Hethel
And ofcourse welcome along ... although I can't recall your name as your username ain't obvious lol

Ohhh ... yea sorry ... was introduced to so many new people Ive had a hard job remembering names lol but now ive seen your Esprit I can remember straight away. Hope the new forum/site looks ok and I too hope that it only gets better. As for the photos ... Tash was so impressed by some I took that she can't tell the difference between who took what. She's the professional mind ... not me ... think I'll stick to what I know best
Hope you like the photos of you car on track also? It looks cracking out there!
Lotus Elan Central? Does that mean you own or have owned an M100?
Re: 2008 Silverstone Classic
I think the site is great mate. Looks really tip top. The photos of my car on track are fab too. A nice surprise. Cracking work Tash or did CJ take them whilst he was driving? Nah, maybe not
Never owned an Elan Chris. Two Esprits to date, the S4 which you have seen and previous to that an 87 S3 Turbo.
Dad owned a plus 2 S when I was a mere pup. Thats pretty much what started the interest for me in 1975. Then in 1976 when the S1 arrived I was hooked for life
Your Elan is the nuts too. Fabulous condition. Did you see the Kia version parked up from you on Sunday

My first post on here!!
Mine is the 340R, nice pics.
Shame there weren't a few more cars there, unfortunately I'll be in Monza for the Hethel weekend so won't be able to have a run out up there.
Congrats on the new site though.

Hello and welcome along mate. In Monza hey ... lucky geezer lol! As for your 340R, I had a good look around and love it of course and the zorst made for a good picture as you can see. Glad you like the new site and hope to hear lots more from you and the 340R beast
Silverstone
First run out for it this summer so it was a chance to blow some cobwebs away.
I think it turned a few heads though, probably rarer than that Enzo parked at the end of the Ferrari line!

Too right ...and the Ferrari line-up is a blur of red,red and more red
Did you take the 340R out on the parade lap on the Saturday as I can't remember seeing you?
Silverstone
No, I didn't go on Saturday, had a day off after having changed the battery on the car on Friday (body off job, not a 5 minute endeavour...).
