chat box, re-enabling it?

chat box? shall i look into having the it re opened, we haven't really used it, but i feel it could be quite good to be able to update quick facts, also most twitter/facebook style. it might give the opportunity for better conversations online, not just about the cars, but somewhere to natter when you don't want to start a topic about something?

would people use it when they are online?

yes /no?

I'm not so sure.
If it's like Facebook then it could be a bit dodgy; I've heard that some nasty things can happen on that site.

lol ... it's more like an instant messaging feature that is available but as of current have held back to allow the basic features and usage of the forum to develop. The 'chat box' would simply be a 'box' at the bottom of the screen that allows all online members to chat to each other instantly. This could be used for quick questions and answers to a specific member whilst they are online or just a bit of fun without clogging up the forum? More than likely this will be enabled in good time but I don't want to throw too many new concepts out too quickly.
