Lotus racing through time - £4
Have got my hands on a copy of the racing through time episode based around the story of Colin Chapman and Lotus from the beginning through to their success in Formula One.

It is really good as it shows how Lotus started and right the way through their early years in Forumla One. I will try and find the link on Amazon ...

Found it on Amazon for less than £6! Click on the link above. I think I may even get a copy for the shelf at that price.
Re:
Rec'd my copy in the post yesterday.
It made a pleasant change from the garbage on TV at the moment.
There's lots of old footage, a lot of which I had not seen before.
Quite in depth stuff about the very early days which really held my attention but then there seemed to be a massive scrabble to get it finished before the film ran out.
Most dissapointing.
Maybe they should have waited to get more material together for the later years & made 2 or 3 volumes of it?
Just my two penneth, but thanks for the tip anyway
Cheers

Yes I would agree parts of it did seemed a bit rushed together but so true it does make a change from some of the stuff on tv lately. I will certainly watch it again some time, makes a nice change and has added to my growing knowledge.

£4 offer
I could get these at £4 each but would have to be a bulk order, I would say 10 or more. The offer has been put forward to the Lotus Drivers Club. If there are people who would pay £4 for one then put your name down and we can see how many people would be interested. The going price for these from Amazon etc is between £9-£11 I believe so it is a good deal, unfortunatly I already own a copy.
Re: Lotus racing through time - £4
Yep, put me down for two copies please.
Cheers,
Tim.
