I purchased one of these for my 2005 Proton Gen-2 to confirm what I thought. The engine light had come on for a second time in the space of a few months, but the car still drove and sounded perfect. The reader showed that one of the injectors had misfired and caused the fault. The likely hood though is that it only misfired once and most garages will charge about £50 just to plug it in and remove the error light, and even charge you for unnecessary work.

Deleted the error and have been running for 3 months now with no further warning lights Very Happy
