Re: The "Stig"
Seems the link I posted didn't work.
Take a look at this if you're vageuly interested in what or if anything of motoring interest happens on Top Gear

Let's hope Jenson finds a bit more ooompf today, I'm keeping myfingers crossed & anticipating a great race.
Let's hope they all keep it on the black stuff

Re: The "Stig"
Yes, but just one of several and almost certainly just for this show driving the Ferrari FZZZ thingy... bloody quick wasn't he/it/they!
Good to see the Evora get the full Top Gear supercar treatment and pass with flying colours.

Yup, I think he'd be a bit too expensive to have for every drive.
That record will stand for a very long time methinks.
Must keep doing the Lottery, want one of those new Lotus thingy's; it'd need to be a big win though I fancied the Vincent as well
Cheers

Re: The "Stig"
Latest thoughts are that the Fezza was MS's own car, plus, of course Ferrari would want the car to be right at the top of the leader board and MS could almost certianly be guaranteed to do that........
Ben Collins is the 'usual' STIG at the present time and, as we know, he's pretty good but Ferrari, MS, The Hot lap, Top Gear = great puiblicity all round.
I still can't believe how quick it was - visibly faster than anything else round there - and perfect lines throughout.

Apart from the "hop, skip & jump it did on that bump.
The lap time was even more amazing considering that.
But MS drives a 500 & a Fiat family car; he said so, was he being slightly modest maybe
