Jim Clark Documentary
I hoped to see the new BBC4 documentary about Jim Clark called 'The Quiet Champion'. Unfortunately I missed it, I think it was on 18th April. (I've checked the BBC site, it isn't available on line to see again).
Did anyone see it, if so did you record it ? I would love to see a copy of it, maybe we could show it at our monthly meetings for those interested.
Please let me know if you have a copy.
Cheers, Tim.

Re: Jim Clark Documentary
Hi Tim,
as you may remember I cancelled my trip to Donington but luckily did not cancel the recording of that program.
It's still on the hard disc of my Humax ICord.
I'll ask my tame computer man how I can download it on to DVD if nobody else is able to help you.
Cheers
John

Re: Jim Clark Documentary
Shall we leave it for a week or two to see if someone more local is able to help?
Just let me know & I'll get the wheels rolling.

Here's a copy I have managed to get hold of from the net but I'm hoping that a download will become available in the next month or so, so I can have a copy to keep. I will keep you updated when I get a copy but for now watch this

Got my hands on a full download so happy now that I can watch it on the big screen with a cuppa this evening

Hi Chris,
Are you then in a position to be able to put Tim out of his suffering?
Oh & I reckon that 3 wheeled Vespa at Mallory will last 3 hours at the most
Cheers

John I'm sure I can manage to put it on a DVD for him and could indeed show it at a monthly meet. Leave it with me.
